Which Idioms or Proverbs did you like best? Why>?

  1. My favorite idiom is "Don't Judge a Book by its cover." I believe that people should not judge others by the way they dress or the way they look. Just because someone else dresses differently or acts differently from you, it does not mean that person is worse or better than you are. It is important to know the person first.

  2. My favorite idiom is "All that glitter is not gold". I like this because we are dazzled by the outside of a person or material things. It is no good getting carried away by what we see. Appearances are deceptive and end up disappointed. Gloridel Feliciano

  3. My favorite expression is "a foolish words, deaf ears" I think that many people speak without thinking. Many people talk. they do not realize the damage they sometimes do with their words. I say that one can not believe everything you say. each person has to look at what you say because you might want to do evil or envious to have

  4. My favorite idiom is ''all we are equal''. Some people think that only the physique of the person is the important thing. The majority of these people finishes in the divorce by not having chosen the person with the values that they looked for at first.

  5. I like the phrase "A penny saved is a penny gained", because I think that small things or actions can make difference in life. No matter how small you think things are, and always make the difference can become so great that surprise you.

  6. My favorite expression is "Do not do to others what you would not like you do." I like this expression because many people including me do things without thinking. To me, this should be changed gradually, each must do our bit and end one day but this is difficult as people think in different ways and for me the ideal is a balance that must exist if not for that you like you do something that we do to others.

All the persons we can communicate. Many persons come to conclusions that are not, it happens for the lack mistake of not communication.

  8. My favorite expression is "Do not do bad things that seem good." I love this expression because sometimes people do bad things and often appear to be good. something very important is that people should bear in mind that actions speak louder than words.
